Birth Doula
$1,500
A birth doula is a trained professional that helps create a safe laboring environment with the birthing woman and their partner. When this support is provided, it allows families to focus on what is the most important to them during the birthing process.
- Free Consultation - Meet up at a local coffee or eatery spot
- 1-3 Prenatal home visits ranging from 1 to 1.5 hours
- Unlimited phone/email/text support to answer questions and provide local resources throughout your pregnancy
- Assistance with preparing birth preferences and goals
- Work on skills to process potential fears or anxiety you may have about birth
- Provide hand outs on stages and phases of labor
- 24/7 On call support until birth
- Access to a Back-up Doula
- Access to a Prenatal and Postpartum support groups
- Continuous support during labor, birth and real-time support during the first two hours of your baby's life
- Practice comfort techniques with you and your partner
- Breathing techniques for relaxation
- Positional recommendations to assist you in birth progression
- A comprehensive understanding of changing emotions associated with labor
- Pain relieving pressure and counter pressure during each contraction
- Can coordinate communication with Birth team/ Birth staff during labor
- Encouragement and support for birth partner
- Access to Birth playlist (Can be customized to your preferences)
- Breastfeeding support
- Photography of the birth (Non- Professional - using client's camera or phone)
- 1-2 postpartum visits within 14 days of postpartum lasting 1 to 1.5 hours.

Sibling Doula
Starting at $1,000
As a sibling doula, I am able to care for the older brothers and sisters during your labor, and help keep them informed on all that is going on around them. Take comfort in knowing that your children are in safe, loving hands; hands that understand the nuances of this experience!
- Free Consultation - Meet up at a local coffee or eatery spot
- 1-3 Prenatal Home visits ranging from 1 to 1.5 hours to get to know children, and birth team
- Assistance with preparing birth preferences and goals
- Includes: Setting the expectation on the children's involvement, ways to help parents feel secure about the care of their children, needs each child may have etc…
- 24/7 On call, phone/text/email support
- Access to a Prenatal and Postpartum support group
- Stays at the birthing location with children from early labor stage until 5 hours postpartum (immediately following birth, 5 hours)
- Additional hourly rate is $45/hr
- Assists partner in helpful breathing exercises/comfort measures for birther
- Store/grocery run for children, birther and partner
- Any snacks, drinks, or materials that may be needed during or after birth
- During birth, I will have insight, diagrams and coloring materials for the children on what to expect after birth for up to two weeks postpartum
- Includes: Activities to keep them busy and entertained (Inside or outside if weather permits), informing children on how to help parents during this transition, and what to expect when having a newborn sibling
- 1-2 postpartum visits within 14 days of postpartum lasting 1 to 1.5 hours.
- One homecooked meal - Chicken Noodle Soupa
10 Hour Postpartum Package
$450 maximum of 4 hours per day
Additional hours needed - $45/hr
My postpartum services are to assist you with life after birth. Taking care of yourself, as well as a newborn can quickly become all-consuming. During this time, it's important to have an amazing team to support you as needed!
Daytime Support:
- Emotional support debrief after birth
- I can assist you in creating and implementing daily/nightly newborn care strategies.
- Lactation services/ feeding questions or concerns
- Helping new mothers in establishing comfortable breastfeeding, while learning and respecting baby's inborn abilitiy to successfully breastfeed.
- Assist with anything that will help you settle in and feel comfortable
- Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding, and comforting
- Baby soothing techniques
- Breastfeeding support
- Grocery order pickup
- Making light meals or meal prep
- Light housekeeping
